Review of Google Nexus 7 Tablet

Google Nexus 7 is made of sturdy material and gives a premium feel. With a rubber coating on the back cover, the screen glass is made of Corning and a strip of aluminium on all its sides gives this tablet a good look. The high-resolution 1280 by 800 pixel display makes a huge difference compared with the current standard for 7-inch tablets–1024 by 600 pixels.

The User Interface of Nexus 7 is really smooth in comparison to all other tablets which suffer from performance issues. It works perfectly well while playing 3D games and browsing the web. Full HD movies play well in MP4 format. You can also convert AVI to Google Nexus 7 for playback etc.
The 1.2 megapixel front camera proves useful in Skype and Google Talk sessions while the absence of rear camera may upset photo-savvy people a bit. The battery on a single charge will run up to 11 to 12 hours with continuous use.

Nexus 7 runs on a quad-core processor- Nivida Tegra 3 which has the maximum speed up to 1.3 GHz. The internal storage capacity of this tablet is 16GB. Unfortunately there is no microSD card slot, but an advanced model with an internal storage capacity of 32GB is available. This basic model connects to Internet via Wi-Fi. It also comes with sensors like GPS, gyroscope and accelerometer.
